Cancellation Policy

Changes to your Booking; If you change your booking, we will endeavour to make the alterations on your behalf. Changes will be charged at £50 per change. We will always try to minimise any additional costs to you. Reduction in the size of the party may cancel any group discount and possibly incur single supplements in certain circumstances. In the rare occurrence that we have to make a change to your holiday, eg an establishment ceases to trade, we will keep you fully informed of the changes being made and will seek your approval before necessary changes are made. Cancellation Information If for any reason you have to cancel your holiday, please contact us as soon as possible. You can contact us by phone or email and in all cases please ensure that we acknowledge your cancellation. Cancellation fees will apply as follows: If you cancel with more than 4 weeks notice, we will retain your deposit and there will be no other payment due. If you cancel your holiday with less than 4 weeks notice, no refund is technically due but we will endeavour to recoup any possible accommodation costs, depending on the timescale involved and accommodations’ individual cancellation policies. Late Payments The balance of your trip must be paid 28 days before your start date. Failure to send your payment in a timely manner will result in late fees. 1 - 2 days late £30 3 - 5 days late £50 5 - 7 days late £100 If no payment is received by day 7, your trip will be cancelled and no refund will be due. Personal Insurance Please protect yourself and we recommend that all clients take out holiday insurance with cover for cancellation or curtailment, baggage loss, personal injury and third party liability.
